From hotel pickups to event drop-offs, our focus is on professionalism, comfort, and exceptional service every step of the way. Through clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and dependable service, we help every event move effortlessly from start to finish.
Service Policies:
Reservation Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure all event charter reservations. Events Scheduled within 60 days of the service date will require payment in full. Remaining balances must be paid 7 days prior to service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service may be subject to partial or full charges based on the reservation details.
Minimum Booking Requirement:
Event charter services require a minimum booking duration of 4 hours.
Passenger Count Accuracy:
Final passenger counts must be confirmed 7 days prior to service. Vehicle accommodations are based on the confirmed reservation size and cannot exceed legal passenger capacity.
Pickup & Wait Time:
Passengers should be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Additional wait time beyond the agreed grace period may result in extra charges.
Schedule Change Requests:
Changes to pickup times, locations, or itineraries should be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute modifications are subject to availability.
Cleanliness & Vehicle Care:
Guests are expected to respect the cleanliness and condition of all vehicles. Excessive cleaning or damage caused during service may result in additional fees.
Safety Requirements:
All passengers are required to follow driver instructions and comply with all applicable safety regulations, including seatbelt usage when available.
Alcohol & Prohibited Items:
Alcohol consumption, smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are prohibited unless explicitly approved for a specific charter arrangement.
Delays Due to Traffic or Events:
While we carefully plan all routes and schedules, delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
Event Coordination Support:
Our team works directly with event coordinators, hotels, and venues to ensure smooth transportation logistics and timely guest movement.
Driver Gratuity:
Driver gratuity may be added to certain group or event charter reservations.
Multi-Stop Service:
Additional stops outside the confirmed itinerary may incur extra service charges.
